Voyager Estate ‘The Modern’ Cabernet Sauvignon combines wonderfully lush and ripe Australian fruit flavours with carefully judged oak aromas and a cool freshness to produce what could, ironically be described as a modern Australian wine. Black fruit, cassis and dark cherry dominates the nose with light floral aromas, fresh herbs, chocolate, cedar and graphite notes. Lush, fruity, complex and very drinkable. Very well judged and superbly made.
