Wiston Estate Brut NV is the youngest release from this fine estate based in West Sussex, England. The wine has lovely green apple and lemon aromas along with richer brioche notes on the palate. There is a steely minerality (Petrichor) feel to the wine which gives it great tension and poise. It is made from a blend of Chardonnay (35%), Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (30%) with a dosage of 8g/l.
