Fantastic cognac made exclusively from the finest Cru in Cognac - Grande Champagne. Maxime Trijol's VSOP cognac is aged for a minimum of 4 years in French oak, giving it a lovely golden colour. Vanilla, spice and some dried fruit come through on the palate. It has a well-structured body, yet is light and elegant, and finishes well with a little tickle of fire from the spirit.
