Newton Johnston Walker Bay Pinot Noir is a deliciously fresh and vibrant Pinot Noir from a wonderful area of South Africa. Youthful perfume with intricate spice and tertiary notes. Fresh violet petals, dark cherry and grape stem spice play with the darker, more brooding and earthy characters of wood bark and truffles. The silky tannin structure encompasses the ripe cherry succulence, with cranberries, cinnamon and gentle acidity drifting into the finish.

Newton Johnston was established in the mid 1990’s by Cape Wine Master Dave Johnson and his wife Felicity. They produce some of the capes finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which have all the elegance of Burgundian wines and the reliability and consistency of South African wines – a magical combination!
