Maxime Trijol VS Cognac is anything but an entry level Cognac with lovely, dried fruit aroma, tropical notes and touches of stone fruit. The vanilla spice and oak notes are lovely and are perfectly balanced with the little heat from the alcohol. Lovely, elegant drop!
Maxime Trijol is one of the largest family-owned Cognac houses with 22 stills. They also own and harvest their own vineyards, so have complete control over the production process from start to finish. Their roots can be traced back to 1859 when their first still came online in Saint-Martial-sur-Ne. 6th generation Anne-Sophie and Pauline now run the property with their father Jean-Jacques Trijol. These are beautiful Cognacs with grace and elegance.
