
Mahi Sauvignon Blanc is a deeply flavoured and textured wine from New Zealand’s Marlborough region. Approximately 20% of the wine is fermented in French barrels, a small proportion of Semillon is added and natural yeasts are used for the fermentation. The result is a wine with an array of tropical and citrus fruit notes backed up with a depth of flavour and a beautiful texture in the mouth. This is an elegant, complex and delightful wine.
