Hartford Court Russian River Pinot Noir is a full, rich and complex Pinot Noir that displays attractive fruit aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and more lifted blueberry notes. There are pretty spice notes, Chinese spice along with earthier aromas that give the wine a nice contrast between sweet and savoury flavours. Silky tannins and a lovely structure make it perfect with game and grilled meats.
Founded in 1994 by Don and Jennifer Hartford, Hartford Family Winery is nestled in the heart of Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. Just 15 miles from the Pacific Coast, the estate is deeply committed to regenerative farming, preserving 65% of its land as natural habitat, including redwood forests and salmon-spawning creeks. There emphasis, like in Burgundy, is on making wines from specific plots, or vineyards to showcase the unique characteristics of each small region.
