Matured for 15 years in a sherry butt and bottled in 2022. Only 753 bottles were produced at cask strength and with no added colour.

Orchard fruit, apples and pears on the nose with a hint of honey. Apple and plum follow through on the palate with dried fruits and fudge. Lovely Christmas-esque spice and gentle sweetness come through on the long finish.
