The second wine of Chateau Haut-Batailley, the Verso 2017 shows red cherry and strawberries with woody notes. Lots of freshness on the palate but a balanced and silky side resulting in a lovely finesse.

The Cazes family, owners for Chateau Lynch-Bages, bought the estate in 2017 from the Des Brest-Borie family who had owned the property since 1932. A beautiful 40ha estate based in the South-Western end of Pauillac. The name comes from a battle that took place in 1453.
