Chinon ‘Les Clos’ 2014 Bruno Sourdais is a fantastic example of aged Cabernet Franc from a six-hectare parcel of 40–50-year-old vines. Ripe red fruit still dominates with earth and savoury aromas in the background. The wine is fuller mature with underlying freshness and well-integrated oak notes. A bargain.
