Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana Oloroso Seco Faraon is an intense, dry and delicate sherry with a wonderful balance of sweet and savoury flavours. Orange and apricot fruit, walnut and touches of salted caramel and coffee make for a complex drink, which is powerful, tangy, rich and textured. A real treat.

Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana was established in 1792 and is one of the oldest producers in the region. They are located in Sanlucar de Barrameda, the home of Manzanilla, and are owned and run by the eighth generation of the founding family.
