Alheit Vineyards Cartology is the flagship release from Chris & Suzaan Alheit and is arguably South Africa’s greatest expression of Chenin Blanc. There is no shortage of stone fruit and quince flavours along with orange, fleshy pear and an amazing array of herbs led by fennel. The wine has a wonderful balance of fruit, structure and intensity which builds in the glass. Amazing aging potential if you can keep your hands off it.
